About Me
Bronte Coluccio
Hello and welcome to Set Apart Stretching! I’m Bronte Coluccio and I’m here because I’ve been through the same journey as many of you. I’ve struggled to develop my flexibility, I’ve had to work hard to maintain and regain flexibility through injuries, and I’ve sought numerous methods to do so.
After 20 years on this journey myself, I’ve gathered a few tips and tricks; there are things I’ve learnt along the way that I want to share with you.
